You can return within 14 days of the order being delivered by sending us an emailing to: hello@kickssports.co.za (T’s & C’s apply)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Delivery is FREE for order R450 or more R60 for under R450

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kickssports.co.za .If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We do not provide international delivery, if you not sure please contact us.

Orders can be delivered to a different address with the same region or city, before your order is shipped. Please contact us for more information.

 The estimate delivery time for orders is 3 to 5 days depending on the customer’s location. For example, an item going to Johannesburg can be delivered within 3 days while an order from Cape town can take 3 to 5 days.

We do accommodate collections from our warehouse from time to time if a customer wish to collect from us.
